Guest Access

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house and its outdoor amenities. While garage parking is unavailable, the house accommodates parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Good to know

Bedrooms: Both upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds. We do have a pack and play, if you need it! Bathrooms: The house has two full bathrooms. One is upstairs between the bedrooms and kitchen and it has a bathtub. The second is on the lower level and has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked (pots and pans, blender, cookie sheets, cutting boards, etc.). We supply coffee and creamer, as well as oil and basic spices. Living Room & Dining Room: The living room and dining room have a beautiful view of the lake with seating for your whole group. Outdoor Space: We just added a big deck on the back of the house that is perfect for summer barbecues with the included grill (included seasonally, starting in the spring). We also have a paddle boat and kayaks for use on the lake. Please note: The house is on a main road that does sometimes get busy.

Other Details to Note

Pets: We welcome pets and charge a $75 pet fee. The first pet fee is included in your booking when selecting "pets." Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Well water: The house is on a well. We do have a whole house filter and an additional water filter on the fridge. We test the water regularly and it is safe to drink. But sometimes people notice it does occasionally (rarely) have a sulfer smell. Snow removal/Landscaping: In the winter we will remove snow when the snow has stopped. If it's snowing on the day of arrival, we will do our best to have snow removed prior to check in. We typically have the lawn mowed on Wednesday afternoons, but it can shift depending on the weather. (We attempt to schedule it when the house isn't occupied, but that's not always possible. Thanks for understanding!) Kayak/Paddle Boat: Please note that the kayak and paddle boat are typically available Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you'd like to use them before/after those dates, just send us a note to double check availability. We're happy to let you use them, if weather permits.

We had such a fabulous stay with friends for a wedding nearby. The hot tub was great as well as the fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Wish we had more time to spend at the house to test out the kayaks but maybe next time! Overall 10/10 stay!

The host was great. Katie made herself very accessible without hovering. The place was lovely, well-kept, and thoughtfully stocked. The property was picturesque and the location was close to downtown restaurants and nearby attractions. It was truly a wonderful experience and a great stay!

This house had everything we needed and more. Our kids had plenty of things to do to keep them busy, while there was plenty of adult leisure to be enjoyed. Loved the Keurig coffee, chips and salsa, and popcorn when we arrived. We only stayed a few days so we couldn’t enjoy the lake toys, but the kids were in and out of the hot tub frequently. Our friends stayed at a hotel and our sister stayed at another AibBNB - and this home -by far - offered the most comfortable, enjoyable, environment. If I were to return for any reason, I wouldn’t hesitate to try and stay here again. Thanks for everything, Mike

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully set right on the water—such a peaceful and scenic spot. There were tons of entertainment options to enjoy, both indoors and out, which made it perfect for relaxing and having fun. Communication with the host was seamless and very responsive. We’d definitely come back again!

We loved our time here! The lake was calm and relaxing making the kayak/paddle boat trips a dream. The house was spacious with all the amenities you could need. There was a great view of the lake and the house/yard felt really secluded. Katie was an amazing host amd made everyrhing go smoothly. We will definitely be booking again!

the property made a beautiful setting for the proposal of my two great friends. we had a blast playing around on the lake in the paddle boat and kayaks, grilling on the deck, and relaxing in the hot tub afterwards. the host was kind and responsive. would definitely visit again in the future
