Enjoy exclusive access to the house. While garage parking is unavailable, the house accommodates parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Good to know

Bedrooms: - 3 Bedrooms - We do have a pack and play, if you need it! Please just request it 48 hours before your stay. Bathrooms: The house has one full bathroom. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked (pots and pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards, etc.). We supply coffee and creamer, as well as oil and basic spices. Living Room & Dining Room: The living room and dining room have seating for 6. Outdoor Space: The house sits on 12 acres and has a barn and several outbuildings. You're welcome to look around, but please do not enter any of the outbuildings.

Other Details to Note

Pets: We welcome pets and charge a $75 pet fee. The first pet fee is included in your booking when selecting "pets." Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Well water: The house is on a well. We test the water regularly and it is safe to drink. Snow removal/Landscaping: In the winter, when it snows more than 2-3 inches, we will remove snow when the snow has stopped. If it's snowing on the day of arrival, we will do our best to have snow removed prior to check in.

One of our best air bnb stays yet. Katie was so very kind and definitely responsive/proactive with regard to every message we sent. Beds were also soooo comfortable! It was the perfect quaint family getaway while the kiddos were on spring break.

Our stay was very nice and the area is beautiful. The house is decorated with a comfy vibe and small fresh flowers throughout. The beds are comfy and the linens of top quality. The kitchen is well stocked to cook throughout your stay with cooking basics and coffee is available to use. There are also board games available. I’m excited to possibly come back and see the improvements done upstairs and to the outside area. Our communication with Katie and Marc was quick and helpful. The farmhouse is beautiful and we hope to go back.
