Absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully set right on the water—such a peaceful and scenic spot. There were tons of entertainment options to enjoy, both indoors and out, which made it perfect for relaxing and having fun. Communication with the host was seamless and very responsive. We’d definitely come back again!

We loved our time here! The lake was calm and relaxing making the kayak/paddle boat trips a dream. The house was spacious with all the amenities you could need. There was a great view of the lake and the house/yard felt really secluded. Katie was an amazing host amd made everyrhing go smoothly. We will definitely be booking again!

the property made a beautiful setting for the proposal of my two great friends. we had a blast playing around on the lake in the paddle boat and kayaks, grilling on the deck, and relaxing in the hot tub afterwards. the host was kind and responsive. would definitely visit again in the future

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s home. She was so thoughtful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She helped us make some excellent restaurant choices for our evenings out. The town of Orion is a quick car ride from the house and we really enjoyed our stroll through the quaint downtown. The house was lovely and the view of the lake was picturesque. The white swans swimming by were a beautiful sight! I would love to stay at Kate’s again!

I found Katie to be very personable, she had great recommendations and great communication. We found the home to be a very nice property! I would recommend Katie's Place to all if in the area.

What a find! We had our four adult kids join us for a weekend and this was the perfect spot! So beautiful and a perfect family hang out. The view is outstanding!! But Katie as a host was the best part. We had a medical emergency while we were here and had to rearrange some plans and she was amazing. Super helpful, responsive and flexible while we were figuring it all out. We were so grateful that we ended up at Katie’s place!! Highly recommend!

Staying here was like Heaven on earth! Not only is Katie incredibly friendly and a helpful host, but her space is absolutely amazing. The interior of the house is beautiful and spacious, squeaky clean, and comfortable. The windows are big so you get plenty of natural light and a view from inside. Don’t even get me started on the backyard and the hot tub that looks right out to the gorgeous lake! There is also so much to surrounding the area, from restaurants to bars to activities! We would honestly love to stay again sometime and have already recommended this place to our friends and family!! All amenities listed were provided as well. 10/10 stay! 😁😁😁

This house was perfect and lovely!! It was very spacious and felt so cozy, loved the hot tub and backyard. Host was very responsive and sweet. Did not ruin the experience at all but just some notes to keep in mind dish washer is a bit weak so may need to re clean a few things and the fans in the bedrooms are a bit wonky. Other than that everything was perfect! Definitely want to visit again in the future.
